Each session blends neuroscience insights with practical exercises, reflection, and relaxation, giving participants tools they can immediately apply in both work and everyday life.

The Mind Opener Essentials Workshop is a compact version of our six-session Masterclass, designed to introduce participants to the key principles of how the brain works and how to use this knowledge to manage stress, build resilience, and improve wellbeing.

This single-session, delivers all the essential insights in a focused, practical format that is ideal as a taster session or a standalone introduction to mental health and performance in the workplace.

By the end of this 3-hour workshop, participants will have a clearer understanding of their brain, practical tools to manage stress and negative thinking, and an energising experience they can take back into their working and personal lives.
